We will build your back up with increasingly more challenging stretch variations that give tension and release to the muscles to relieve pressure on your lower back or knees with ease and comfort.
We will complete a spine or knee assessment and make suggestions for a yoga program that best suits your needs. Then, proceed with continuous feedback as we progress together.
